Additionally, post-consumer recycled (PCR) resins are incorporated from reclaimed materials like automotive headlight covers, plastic water jugs, and CDs. Mixing PCR resins with regrind consisting of previously moulded coloured parts creates custom, earth-tone colours with subtle variations, swirling markings, and texturing - giving each Remix special edition controller its own look and feel. Introducing regrind1, a process of mechanically recycling leftover Xbox One generation controller parts into a raw material that can be partially used to create new controllers—while maintaining durability and performance.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.
