This hex pattern yoga foam muscle roller is made from high density EVA foam with a textured dotted surface which is soft to the touch for added comfort. It is a perfect tool for yoga, pilates, fitness exercises, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation. The specially designed slightly raised grid hex pattern and small nodes are firm but flexible, not too rough and hard. Simply roll the targeted body area over the foam roller to target and relieve tense painful muscles.
