Returns Policy
We do accept returns within 30 days of order, however a fee of 25% of the purchase price will be deducted to cover return shipping and administration costs. The item must be returned in its original condition with the necessary paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Proof of purchase will also be required.

I had a small issue with a part Zinus handled it promptly and with amazing customer service. The bed frame is really good quality & very sturdy & easily assembled. Would definitely buy again from Zinus.
