This bed frame was for two story unit with a narrow staircase where the original large frame could not fit going up, had to take this frame up in sections and assemble in the room. Everything went smoothly putting it together and very pleased with it.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping).
To qualify, items must be:
✅ Unused and unassembled
✅ In original, undamaged packaging
✅ Complete with all tools, hardware & instructions

Ship It Back – Return shipping is at your cost. In-person returns aren’t accepted.
Inspection & Refund – Once received, we’ll inspect and process your refund. (Partial refunds apply if the item is not in 'as-new' condition.)
If your order arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Instead:

We’ll send a replacement and handle the return for you.
