Returns Policy
We do accept returns within 30 days of order, however a fee of 25% of the purchase price will be deducted to cover return shipping and administration costs. The item must be returned in its original condition with the necessary paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Was very hesitant buying site unseen but so glad I did its a beautiful timber colour shading is just perfect as seen on image. Its a spare bedroom bed so super pleased with my purchase and packaging and shipping Cheers MyDeal well done

Great quality for the price. Strong frame and easy to assemble. Colour better than the pics - less reddish, more brown, which is what I wanted. Second Zinus bed I've bought and well worth it.

Very nice bed. Great for storage underneath. Very strong construction frame. Was relatively easy to assemble. Just be careful tightening the bolts as burred one untightening it, though luckily it comes with a spare for the middle beam as put it around the wrong way.

Love this frame. Was the easiest one to assemble and it’s sturdy. I didn’t expect it to be such good quality for the price. Wish I bought more when the sale was on.

The Queen size wood platform bed frame base was straight forward to assemble, performs well and looks good. I would recommend it.Judy

This bed was as described, perhaps a little lighter than I thought from the pics but just what we needed. It was super easy to put together and seems very good quality. Would consider this brand and mydeal.com.au for any future bed purchases.
