Estimated Delivery Time Frame

• Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane Metro: 1–3 business days

• Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane Outer Metro: 3–6 business days

• Western Australia, Northern Territory & Tasmania: 5–10 business days

• NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC & SA Regional Areas: 4–10 business days

Note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout.

Products are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday (excluding public holidays).

• Bed Frames – 5-Year Warranty

• All Other Items – 1-Year Warranty

30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? No problem!
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping).

Return Conditions

To qualify, items must be:
✅ Unused and unassembled
✅ In original, undamaged packaging
✅ Complete with all tools, hardware & instructions

How to Return

1. Contact Us – Let us know you’re returning an item.

2. Ship It Back – Return shipping is at your cost. In-person returns aren’t accepted.

3. Inspection & Refund – Once received, we’ll inspect and process your refund. (Partial refunds apply if the item is not in 'as-new' condition.)

Damaged in Transit?

If your order arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Instead:
📸 Take photos → 🚫 Reject the item → 📞 Contact us ASAP.
We’ll send a replacement and handle the return for you.
