Refund Policy:
Please choose carefully. We do not normally provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are fault, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't perform as advertised.
Where a return of product is appropriate or valid the following is to be noted:
- Return postage is paid by customer
- The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
- We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 or 24 month warranty (product specific). This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product.
