Chai Dreams Vanilla Edition is very similar to our Chai Dreams, also containing Black tea, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Ginger Root, Star Anise, Black pepper, Marigold but with one important addition - real vanilla bark that adds a deep vanilla flavour.

This adds a little twist to an already exciting blend that you're going to love.

From organic India suppliers.

½ mug boiling water per person to pot, about 140ml.
15g of chai per person.
Low simmer for 5 mins or so, boiling too fast is said to spoil taste.
Normally 140 ml milk is used and added.
Increase heat until can see steam.
Strain and add honey for taste.
