Repair: We first attempt to repair the product to address the issue. c. Replacement: If the product is irreparable, we offer a replacement of the same model or an equivalent product. d. Refund: If neither repair or replacement is feasible, we proceed to provide a refund.
6. Warranty Resolution Time: Upon receiving the warranty claim, we will promptly inspect and resolve the issue within 2 to 5 days, depending on the severity of the problem.
