Change of Mind Returns Policy

At Serakaia, we pride ourselves on providing quality products and outstanding service. We understand that sometimes customers may reconsider a purchase. However, to maintain fairness and consistency, please note the following policy:

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ordering the wrong item or size

• No longer needing or wanting the item

• Finding the item cheaper elsewhere

• Failing to read the product description in full

We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about an item prior to ordering, our customer service team is happy to assist.

Exceptions

Our Change of Mind policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product you purchased is:

• Faulty or damaged

• Not as described

• Unfit for its intended purpose

In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
