All orders from Toys and Gifts are dispatched within 1 business day of your order being confirmed from Port Macquarie NSW.
Estimated Shipping Times
Please allow the following timeframes for delivery from the date of dispatch:
NSW, VIC, TAS, ACT, SA, Brisbane & surrounding suburbs:
Approximately 3–7 business days
WA, NT, Central & Northern QLD:
Up to 10 business days

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items or Warranty Claims
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or has a fault, please contact us.
Address Changes & Non-Collection of Orders
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
If incorrect details are provided and the item is returned to us, a Return to Sender fee will apply.
If you would like the item resent, an additional reshipping fee will also apply.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping details.
Toys and Gifts is not responsible for address errors made by the buyer.
If your parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a Return to Sender fee will be deducted from your refund.
