Returns Policy
If you would like to return your product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product(s). All refunds are subject to the approval of StrawberryNET's Customer Service Team. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
- Products need to be unopened and inside their original, undamaged packaging to be eligible for return.
- Only products that arrived damaged in transit are eligible for refund. Please provide us with image of proof.
- We do not accept returns for fragrances, due to international aviation restrictions.
