Returns and Exchange Conditions

Return or exchange of products will only be considered if the following criteria are met:

1. Items must be in their original, new condition, including all packaging and swing tags attached. Items with removed swing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Products must not have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way.

3. You must notify Pyjamamania within 7 days of receiving your order that you wish to refund or exchange. The returned item must be received by us within 10 business days of your notification.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

• Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on briefs, boxer shorts, stockings, and pantyhose.
