Dispatch closure:

Our warehouse is closed between 03/04/2025 and 22/04/2025. All orders placed during this period will be processing from 23/04/2025.

• We ship across Australia

• All our products stocked in Melbourne and will be dispatched in 1 business day with tracking

• Tax invoice will be issued with every order

• Delivery may take 2-10 business days

WARRANTY/REFUND/RETURN

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

• 12 Months Back To Base Warranty from the date of purchase, which does not include any physical damage, user misuse and consumables.

• Replacement warranty for D.O.A. goods. If dead on arrival damage is found upon receiving, please contact immediately and we’ll get back to you with a resolution.

• REFUND can only be provided where we are unable to supply the advertised product. The shipping and insurance component is not refundable.

• Most products come with a 14 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 14 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

• Postage is paid by the customer

• The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

• Restocking fees may apply
