The components of the game can initially be used as a learning resource to help parents to teach their child about the basic concepts of multiplication. Children can learn about the grouping of different numbers and use the colourful number lines to help understand sequencing. Once children begin to grasp the basics of multiplication a fun pancake themed game awaits! They can put their new skills into practise as they race to stack the most pancakes on their plate playing board. Players spin the spinner to see which times table they will be practising, then they use the spatula to flip the pancake and check the answer! If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.
