Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

This artificial lawn can serve many purposes. I have used it on our tall fence to make 3D pictures about the Grinch and make it into a story as well as a 3D picture about the Gingerbread man. Best of all it can be rolled up and unrolled next year to recreate the same storylines or make new stories on the fence. Thank you for a super background that can go on for ever. Merry Christmas for a great 'lawn' well packed and delivered super fast.

Great artificial grass, get what you pay for and got exactly that. Cheap grass that done the job.
