Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Depending on your location, please allow between 2-10 business days for delivery of your rug.

No delivery to PO Box. So please specify your address during checkout.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days. So if you are not satisfied with your rug, contact us and we'll organise the return process of your rug.

Please note that the rug should be in it's original condition and have not been used. When returning make sure it's securely wrapped in the plastic bag so that it doesn't get damaged or stained whilst in transit. You can use the rugs original plastic packaging and wrap some tape around it.

Please note that for change of mind returns, you as a customer will be liable for the delivery and return fees.

We can organise the return on your behalf or you can organise it yourself.
