Warranty & Returns Policy
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Our Customer Service team is available to assist with any warranty claims, should the need arise.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 10-day change of mind return policy on selected items. Please note:
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, or logistical reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Mattresses in a box and rugs that cannot be repackaged for resale.
Bedding products including quilts, pillows, sheets, quilt covers, toppers, and mattress protectors.
Wall decals, as these are custom made to order.
Rugs must be unused, unwashed, and in original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Important Return Instructions
All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service team. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us for instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be identified or accepted.
