Shipping Details
The products are located at our own distribution warehouse in Sydney and ready for Australia wide delivery. Convenient location is the key of the distribution which carried out by courier companies and own fleet.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and Estimated Delivery Time is 1 to 14 business days.
Warranty
All goods come with 12-24 month manufacture warranty with after sale support.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Buyer must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received them.
Conditions of return must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return of the item and buyers must strictly follow up the return procedure when returning a faulty item.
We reserve the rights to provide buyers a replacement part/s, exchange to another new item, or a full or partial refund.
Charges may apply if the product is damaged when the returned item is received. There will not be a full refund if such cases occur.
Postage and Handling may not be refundable if the full refund is required.
Refund will only be processed the same way as the payment was made.
Returning items
If you are required to return a product, please inform us of the item/s you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We will respond to your email and, if applicable, issue you a Return Authorisation number (RMA) which must be included on the address label. All other relevant information will be given to you at this time. Our store will not accept the return of any item/s without an RMA attached.
You are responsible to ensure the product is packed securely to prevent any damage during the return. Failure to do so may result in the withholding of any refund amount and/or our ability to provide further service.
The item must be returned in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging, must be not opened, used, worn or damaged, in original condition when received and ready to be put back on the shelf.
Do not stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging unless requested. Please only write an insert note or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.
The refund amount will also have original freight costs deducted. If the item was sent with free postage, a 20% postage fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the item has sustained damage in transit, or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.
