Introducing the Segway Xyber, an extraordinary off-road electric bike that redefines what it means to conquer any terrain. Built for the adventurer, it combines speed, power, and premium components for the best possible riding experience.

With its 750W motor, the Segway Xyber achieves:

A 56 KPH top speed (unlocked)
A 90 KM max range
A hill grade of up to 23%

From its sturdy construction to high-performance features, the Xyber guarantees a stable and smooth ride in any situation.

All-terrain power and range

Equipped with a high-speed 750W motor, the Xyber delivers 175 Nm of torque that allows you to accelerate from zero to 32 KPH within just 2.5 seconds. When unlocked, the Xyber ultimately achieves a 56-KPH top speed.

(Firmware needs to be updated to unlock the maximum 56-KPH top speed.)

To maintain consistent performance across different terrains, a full suspension system with 120-mm front and rear wheel travel is added to ensure stable handling even at high speeds.

On the other hand, thanks to a 1440Wh battery, the Xyber can cover a range of up to 77 kilometres.

Excellent off-road features

The Segway Xyber's promise of a smooth ride is built around a full suspension system. Featuring a combination of 120-mm front and 120-mm rear wheel travel, it efficiently absorbs impacts and bumps on the road for stability and comfort.

In addition to its suspension, the Xyber is also fitted with 20 x 5-inch all-terrain tyres that not only absorb more vibrations but also provide great grip and traction on the ground.

Furthermore, because it is rated IPX5 for water resistance, you can ride through light rain without worrying about water damage.

Double-cradle frame

One of the key features that sets the Segway Xyber apart is its frame. Apart from lending the e-bike a powerful motorcycle-like appearance, the frame is also specifically designed to accommodate two riders.

Built to carry a maximum load of 180 KG, the sturdy construction of this electric bike ensures exceptional stability even on challenging terrain. Plus, the extra-large seat cushion keeps both riders comfortable even on long-distance rides.

Advanced and intuitive technology

Beyond sheer power and high-performance components, the Xyber is packed with state-of-the-art technology. Segway's Active Scene Perception technology adjusts power output based on road conditions, while comprehensive anti-theft features-including hidden wheel hub locks-keep your e-bike secure.

Meanwhile, an all-in-one smart cockpit features a colour-display dashboard that gives you easy access to navigation, music playback, power assistance, and various applications. In addition, it provides real-time monitoring of data like speed, mileage-even calories burned.

SHIPPING

Electric Kicks ships out your order through Priority Express couriers, free of charge, anywhere in Australia. No minimum order required. Generally orders are shipped the same day if ordered before 12pm.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, usual delivery time takes:

Melbourne - 1-2 days

Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide - 1-2 days

Perth - 1-2 days (5-7 days if not shipped from our Perth warehouse)

New South Wales - 1-3 days

South Australia - 1-3 days

Brisbane & the rest of Queensland - 3-4 days, depending on location from the main city

Tasmania - 3-5 days

This Limited Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of the Product arising or occurring as a result of your normal and ordinary use of the Product. In the event a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, Electric Kicks will repair or replace your Product in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty.

Please note, the warranty does not cover damages caused by crashes or mistreatment under any circumstance. Nor does it cover burnt control boards/wires and/or motor due to excessive on-going acceleration ie pushing the scooter past its limitations. Additionally all weight load limits need to be adhered to and failure may result in warranty becoming void. Warranty does not cover water damage.

WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF YOU “FLASH” or edit your scooter firmware in any way.

Please also note that servicing is not covered under warranty.

The applicable period for the Limited Warranty begins from the later of either: (1.) the original purchase date of the Product (2.) the activation date of the Product (if applicable, eg. for the Segway Scooter range via the Segway App or (3.) 12 Months or 1,000kms of distance travelled; (4.) Warranty does not apply if the Scooter is being used as a courier vehicle (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo, etc); (5) The warranty is not transferable if the unity is on sold to a third party or a second hand purchase of any kind; and applies to the Product in the following ways:

Tyre, brake, handlebar grips, decals and board tape/grip board are not covered under warranty as they are considered wear and tear items. Additionally freight is not covered nor refundable under warranty.

Should you need to submit a warranty claim, you are responsible for return postage costs.

Should Electric Kicks replace your scooter, replacement scooters are not covered by further warranty or repairs.

APOLLO SCOOTERS WARRANTY

All Apollo scooters have an industry-leading warranty comprised of a 24 month warranty - 12 month warranty + 12 month cost price servicing and spare parts.

Warranty coverage includes all scooter problems that are not from wear and tear, from stem to component failure. Components covered by warranty are: throttle, turning shaft, frame/folding mechanism, controller, LED lights, battery/BMS, motor, brake calliper, suspension, and charger.
