Signature on delivery is required for all parcels. If the delivery address is unattended or someone is unable to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left with instructions for you to have your parcel redelivered or to collect your parcel from your nearest authorised center.
Returns
We will accept the return of any product which is damaged or was incorrectly sent or does not match the description of what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photo evidence of verification.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as you order number and email address. Please do not send your purchase back unless requested to do so.
Non-returnable items:
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Being a perishable item, food we do not refund if you simply changed your mind.
Change of Mind Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty Claims:
Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.
