Awesome device. Looks good and works really well. Only downside is that the tap is not close enough to the bottom of the pot on the inside so you need to tilt the pot to get the last of the melted wax out. This also means that any wax that has solidified inside the tap takes longer to melt out. But other than that, works very well.

The melting pot is good. However I did not receive the accessories as advertised, which was a disappointment. Have contacted customer support so hoping to get this sorted asap.

It's not good for melting wax as the tap is somewhat 2 inches from the base which creates wax that sits under the tap and to get it out I've to use a soup laddle.....u can't leave it in there as over time it's poor quality wax from constantly heating the same wax.....and mixing the old with the new,I can't have this...dont like this product as it's not for melting wax...put it back in its box...:( I went for the toAuto...if u have a look at thier inner design..the drain hole is I'm a diamond shape slant with the drain hole centered in the bottom...it empties 100% everytime....

Although the melter I received does not look like the picture the one I received did not have the black cover ( which I would have loved) it works really well and I can pump out candles and wax melts very fast now. Postage was quick and in secure packaging.
