Product was packed extremely well. Product was as expected. I would buy from this seller again. Only issue was not of seller or website - auspost however were unsatisfactory as parcel delivery service. Tracking parcel was ineffective and I was not able tomake arrangement for someone to be home as a result. Parcel went to a business parcel centre causing a 3 day delay in being able to collect parcel.

I wanted a cheap compact PC to use as a music workstation for recording and MIDI interfacing etc. It meets my requirements very well and it can support some light gaming which is a plus.

Very professional made unit, as one would expect from a HP commercial unit. A bit disappointed that it does not come with WiFi, Bluetooth or HDMI port, so you can only access Internet (as supplied) via the Network socket (Otherwise, would have to use external USB WiFi and/or Bluetooth dongle to access Internet). I would expect it would make a useful & compact back-up unit for general computing tasks with an i5 processor, SSD hard drive and Windows 10 OS. Being an ex-lease item, there may be issues with reliability later on. Generally satisfied with this purchase.
