I received the calm carry a couple of weeks ago. The first night I tried it to check it out. It worked well. I had an anxiety attack early last week and I used the calm carry for the first time. My anxiety decreased markedly in about 15 minutes. Wednesday afternoon I carried it with me because I was going to a place I hadn't been for a very long time. After getting off the train, I started to have a panic attack, I have agoraphobia as well as a few other mental health issues. I struggled, but I made it to the venue and rested, sitting on my own and processing what had happened. I know from experience of I didn't have the calm carry with me I would have needed to go home. I settled after 30 minutes. The calm carry has already made a significant difference to my life. I will keep it with me when I go to places I'm unsure of or make me feel uncomfortable. I can highly recommend calm carry to anyone with anxiety. I have found it to work extremely well for me. 10 stars.
