Bought for my son .He is very happy with product

I am very happy with this product. I am wary of battery powered gadgets but this one opens jars in seconds, even one I'd been trying to open for three weeks. Only powered with two rechargeable AA batteries. I am waiting for the Mk 2 model to tighten jars as well.

Took a couple of goes to get it sitting right and worked perfectly...Be careful when putting the batteries in because as soon as I put the last one it the opener started.

Haven’t used it yet but delivery was very bad Was just dumped outside in the rain at my block of 32 units with no notification that it was there This is school holidays and could have gone missing Luckily a kind neighbour found it Notified the company but not pleased with response
