Born in Melbourne, 5am:RUN is a fast-growing online retailer that specialises in ultra-lightweight outerwear, puffer vests and technical headwear for trails and ultra-running. Founded in 2020, we are already trusted by some of Australia's greatest athletes. At 5am:RUN, we pride ourselves on providing the best range of technical running apparel to a very active culture. We currently use Australia Post for all orders. Delivery times will vary by location. Please see the expected time frame to receive your order below:

Domestic: 1-10 business days

PO Box addresses and Parcel Lockers accepted.

Washing Care Instructions

DO NOT machine wash windbreakers, puffer vests and technical headwear. Gently hand wash garments in cool water with mild soap only. All zippers to be closed during laundering. Do not bleach. Do not soak. Keep away from direct heat sources. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

5am:RUN takes no responsibility for incorrect use and washing methods of garments.

We design our products to be true to fit. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us or refer to our size guide under the product description.

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.

Our products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

  • Return postage is paid by the customer (we will cover postage back out for size/ product exchanges)
  • The product must be returned unwashed, in the original packaging and in original state of sale
  • We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
  • Fees may apply
