Works as intended. Very easy to install, we had to replace our old one due to the plastic inlet of shower head cracking from head itself so this was a good direct replacement. Only downside is that it is quite noisy due to being a plastic housing.

This item comes with a 5 year replacement warranty for cartridge and a free 6 month replacement warranty on the installation parts. (Installation parts such as cartridges screws nuts etc).
6 months guarantee on finish (Includes mixers, tap ware and showers. Accessories are subject to 1 year replacement parts only.)
Change of mind returns will not be accepted.
To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below: Contact Us with your MyDeal Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

If there is problem with the item, please contact us once you receive the package, we only accept return for refund or exchange a new item within 10 days.
If the problem with a product is minor, you must accept a repair if the business offers you one. Our team may provide simple repair instructions to complete in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns can be approved.
If your claim is reported within 10 days of delivery once approved you will receive a prepaid label to return the item. Once the fault is verified we will provide you with a repair or replacement.
If your claim is reported after 10 days once your claim is approved you must return the item at your own cost and once inspected you will receive a repair or replacement.
If the item is returned and not found to be defective a refund will be processed less a restocking fee of 15% of the product price.
Items that are not installed by a licensed plumber(or licensed electricia) will not be warranted.
We will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of any item and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation or a damaged or incorrect unit has been installed.
If product has marks, chips or imperfections, missing components or is not what was purchased, and is deemed unacceptable and/or has been damaged in transit, the product should not be installed.
Cracked or chipped ceramic basins are not covered under warranty once installed.
