We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.
Most products come with 45 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your product, subject to the below:
If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.
If you’ve used less than 30% of the product, we’ll only offer a product exchange. If you’ve used more than 30% of the product, no refund or exchange can be given.
And we can’t exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.
If you’re not happy with your order, please tell us – we’ll always try to help you if we can.
If at any time within the first 45 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

The product must be returned in the original packaging
We do not accept responsibility for returned items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery.

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you with the appropriate refund or replacement. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us immediately to raise a warranty claim.
