I bought this thinking it would not last that long and it would not look great. It turns out I am wrong, I did not expect this thing can hold a basket for my dirty clothes along with many work clothes that I will use again. I recommend you buy the item as it fits the description and it has not disappointing me so far. 10/10 would buy another item from this online shop when there is a sale!

These collapsible crates are the best! We use ours in our car to hold our shopping bags in place so they don't roll around our station wagon. We also take them to the farmers market to fill with all the good stuff. The staff and customers there were very impressed with our crates and what they hold. I think I have drummed up some for purchasers. We just love them. Collapse really well and are very sturdy when erected.

We understand that sometimes purchases don’t go to plan. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

All returns must be pre-approved and sent using our nominated courier. We do not accept returns delivered directly to our warehouse.

Once the item is returned and passes inspection, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
The following will be deducted from your refund:

For hygiene and safety reasons, change-of-mind returns will not be accepted, even if unopened, for the following:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide the following:
Photos of the outer packaging
Photos clearly showing the damage to the item
Where possible, we will provide replacement parts. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will arrange a return and full replacement or refund.
All of our products are covered by a statutory warranty under Australian Consumer Law.
If your product develops a fault:

We will assess the claim and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
