  • Metro: 1-4 business days
  • Regional: 1-6 business days

We ship Via Either Direct Freight Express or Australia Post Parcel Post - depending on location.

We will automatically mark an authority to leave for residential addresses. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery re-delivery fees may apply.

Change of Mind Returns:

As our products are food items or food contact items, we cannot facilitate change of mind returns as we cannot warrant the products food safety.

Quality Returns:

If you product is not in the original condition when you receive it, please send us a photo on the day of receival and we will either replace it or refund the product cost.

 

Please Note:

  • Return Postage is paid by the customer
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
  • We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
  • Fees may apply

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 30 day warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
