i bought this a bit ago and it works really well and barely had anything wrong with it, only needed to search up a review of how to get it to windows 11 and had scratches at the bottom but who cares at the bottom but otherwise a really good product

I’m still navigating my way with my laptop as I haven’t used anything but my iPad for years. I am enlisting the help of a local computer group to answer any queries I have regarding the functions I’m interested in. However, I have no complaints at all about the hardware, it is excellent. Thank you.

Product received in good condition and on time. Value for money and does the job. However, I may describe the condition as Grade B not Grade A due to the level of wear marks at the back of the device. Overall satisfied with the product.

Our 12-month Return to Base warranty covers any hardware defects that may arise under normal usage conditions. If you encounter any issues with your refurbished computer's hardware during this period, simply return it to us. We will repair or replace the device at no additional cost to you. This warranty is designed to give you peace of mind, ensuring that you're protected against any unexpected hardware failures. Note that the warranty does not cover software issues, accidental damage, user data, or problems resulting from misuse or improper handling.
You may return any product that is still under warranty for a Warranty Claim. Australian Computer Traders offers a Return-to-Base Warranty with all our items. This means that you are responsible for returning the Items covered by Warranty to our Brisbane office at your expense. You may choose any means of return shipping you wish.
We accept change-of-mind returns, please note the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Change of Mind returns must be requested within 30 days and the product must be sent in original condition with any supplied accessories.
Please note when returning items, please select a shipping method that provides a tracking service and consider insuring the product for the amount of your original purchase price in the event the item goes missing. Australian Computer Traders is not liable for any losses incurred in posting the item(s) back.
