Standard couriers do not ship to PO Box addresses, If you require a delivery to a PO Box address additional charges will apply, Baby Online Direct will contact you prior to dispatch in this case. Standard couriers will ship direct to your nominated address between business hours and if there is no one available to sign and accept delivery, a calling card will be left for you to contact our carrier to re-book delivery or pick up of your order. If you will not be home during business hours our couriers can deliver to a business address. This will ensure your order reaches you and cards are not left for collection at a later date. Please specify business name in the delivery address if you require this. Additional charges may apply for redirection to another location once goods have been dispatched. Depending on delivery location please allow 4-10 business days for delivery to reach you, shipping time may vary depending on delivery location. We endeavour to have every item listed on our site in stock at all times but in the event that goods are out-of-stock at the time your order is picked, you will receive a new delivery estimate within 1-2 Business days. If you choose to cancel the order before items are dispatched your purchase will be refunded in total upon request.

Should you have a manufacturing fault with any goods purchased online with us, please contact us within the 12 month manufacturer's warranty period to register your claim. Our customer service department will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and access your claim promptly. If the item needs to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment or repair freight charges will apply. Baby Online Direct reserves the right to access all warranty claims in accordance with consumer law guidelines and manufacturer’s conditions before a repair, replacement or refund can be approved.
