This outdoor lounge is exactly what I wanted. It is large but very comfortable. We can get about 8-10 people seated on it. I love that the bases a light and easy to move around. I have yet to remove covers and wash but I am sure that will be fine also

Absolutely sensational delivery time, expecting 4-6 weeks received goods within 1 week from the supplier in Penrith, who rang the next day to say they had the stock in Qld, and would have it shipped to me immediately on receipt. They called the next day to advise it would be delivered in 2 days. Cannot say more about the gallery in Penrith, very professional. The chair is as good as the photo, very strongly built! Great value for money.

The wait was worth it, the company stayed in contact with expected delivery time etc, delivered when said they would even driving out of area for delivery. Would recommend.

All furniture products from Bay Gallery come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Please note that the following may occur as a result of natural and normal usage:
Inappropriate cleaning methods, above average or excessive loading or the failure to properly care for the furniture may result in costly repairs and could void your warranty.
Returns Policy
Please choose carefully as we do not usually refund or exchange if you change your mind. If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected, please contact us within 24 hour of receipt of goods.
If we agree that the item was not advertised correctly or within the law, or there was a mistake with the advertisement, we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion.
Refunds will only be given when goods are returned to us in original packaging and original saleable condition.
