We dispatch from our North Queensland Warehouse and ship with Australia Post and occasionally Sendle. Dispatch time is 1-2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a system generated email with a tracking number.

Washing Instructions

BigToes shoes are fully machine washable to 30°C. When washing, please place shoes in a delicates bag prior to commencing the wash cycle. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Do not use harsh biological chemicals.

Note: to maintain the quality of the fabric, hand washing is recommended.

Protecting the colour change feature in Chameleon BigToes 

We recommend that when BigToes Chameleon shoes are not being worn, they are stored in an unlit environment or cupboard, away from prolonged, direct sunlight exposure.

We offer 14 day returns. We will not exchange/refund for change of mind. Customer must review the sizing chart and measure foot accurately prior to purchase, if the requirement to exchange is based on incorrect size only, customer must return the item in its original condition and packaging with a return paid satchel. BigToes Australia will not be responsible for further shipping costs and will replace with the next size up of the same style upon receipt of the returned pair of shoes.
