Returns (Change of mind):
Brands Direct Online will offer refund/ exchange within 30 days if the customer is not happy with the item. Proof of purchase required and all Returns will incur a 20% Surcharge and return items back to BDO will be at the customers expense.
All Special ordered items are Non-Refundable (ie. Custom vanity cabinets or special finishes), Large Items such as Baths, Vanity units, Mirrors and Appliances if the goods are found cheaper elsewhere, the goods are no longer in saleable condition and goods have been installed or installation of the goods have been attempted.
Damaged or Missing Goods:
If you notice any Missing or damage to your goods on delivery, please notify Brands Direct Online within 24 hours of receiving the product via email with proof of purchase and attach photos in order to arrange a replacement. We cannot accept damage claims after the 24 hour period. All products damaged during or post installation are not the responsibility of Brands Direct Online.
