Warranty

Only products sold with a Cheeki Lifetime Warranty are eligible for lifetime warranty.  This includes the following

• Active Range,
• Kids Range,
• Classic Range,
• 1.9L Cheeki Chiller
• 1.6 Litre Thirsty Max 
• 500ml Tumblers
• 350ml Mugs

All other products carry a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Our 12 month warranty covers faulty materials or manufacturing only.

Lifetime Warranty does NOT cover lids or accessories. It ONLY applies to the bottle/vessel. Cheeki Lids are only under 3 months warranty. Cheeki may issue replacement parts if the item is damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect. Cheeki Lifetime Warranty ONLY applies to the listed products.

Wear and tear is not included under the Cheeki Lifetime Warranty. This includes scratches and dents; paint chips from the product being dropped, banged or damaged in any way; or damage resulting from incorrect or neglectful cleaning practices.

Manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange only if they have been purchased from an Authorised Cheeki Dealer.

⦁ Product that do not insulate correctly.
⦁ Products that arrive damaged (Cheeki Online purchases). In this instance please do not use your product. Used products cannot be replaced or exchanged.
⦁ Uneven or rough surface or edging on your product when arrived.
⦁ Loose internal part or rattle. Sometimes manufacturing “beads” are caught inside the walls of insulated products. These are not harmful and will not affect the functioning of your product but they can be annoying.

Each claim will be handled on a case by case basis. Only the parts of the product that are affected will be replaced or exchanged.

Change of mind

Cheeki Holdings P/L will provide a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied or changed your mind about your purchase, you may request to return the item(s) within 14 days from the order being received at your expense. Return only be accepted for unused and in the original package and in the same condition as when the customer received them to receive a full refund.
