Orders received by 12pm Monday - Friday will be processed & dispatched same day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if there's a delay, we will email you.
An estimate of current delivery times (once items are fulfilled):
-Melb, Sydney, Brisbane Metro 3-7 business days
-VIC-Regional, NSW regional, 4-10 business days
-QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT – 5-14 business days
We offer a hassle-free 30-day change of mind return policy. If you purchased an item and decide it's not right for you, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return—no questions asked.
The item is in the same condition that you received it
It is unworn or unused, with all original tags/manuals included
It is returned in its original packaging
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through your account.
We offer the following warranty support from the date of purchase:
0 to 1 year: A brand new replacement will be provided once the fault is confirmed.
1 to 2 years: A new or refurbished replacement unit will be provided (at Cherub Baby’s discretion) once the fault is confirmed.
To process a warranty claim:
The fault must be confirmed by Cherub Baby (photos, videos, or return of the product may be requested).
If no fault is found, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense.
If the item was purchased as part of a bundle kit, its individual value will be calculated as a percentage of the total kit price for the purposes of replacement or refund.
Faults due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorised modifications are not covered under warranty.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
