Codu is an Australian owned and operated business. We deliver textiles made of high quality materials, and we aim to make them affordable for everyone. Gone are the days of Cashmere and Merino wool products costing a small fortune, you can now own that style for a fair price. Codu is a creation from the Estonian and Spanish languages, a hybrid of the words Kodu and Casa, both meaning ‘home’. We hope to help you create a level of comfort and style that says ‘home’ for you.

We pick, pack and ship your products within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Then it's up to our quick couriers to get it to you ASAP. 

 

 

 

We offer refunds and exchanges, with our returns policy as follows:

      • We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order provided the item is in original condition with no damage to the item or the packaging.

       

      • All returns must be sent to Codu Home Warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.

       

      • It is recommended that you use registered post or a trackable courier as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit to us.

       

      • Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge. Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.

       

      • Should you receive an item that is faulty, please advise Codu within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.

       

      • No refund or exchange will be offered on sale items.

       

      • Our returns/exchanges policy applies to all sales.

       

      • Codu reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice.
