All items are shipped from our Mandurah, Western Australia warehouse. We have our 50 best selling items in stock and ready to send the next business day, some other items may require manufacturing and will be dispatched within 4-5 business days. Tracking information is supplied from Australia Post for each delivery.
Change of mind:
We are happy to refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, however the following must apply:
• The return shipping from yourself to us is at your cost.
• The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
• The goods must be returned in an as new, resellable condition as they were provided. Damaged or modified items will not be accepted.
• We will refund the cost of the product only. The shipping will not be refunded.
• If exchanging, the return shipping from us back to your self is also at your cost.
• The above does not apply to custom designs. No returns available on custom made hard hats, including customisation with names.
Items damaged during postage are able to be replaced, we require photographic evidence of the damage so we can make our claim against Australia Post, then we are happy to replace any damaged items.
