Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday, shipping options that list as standard delivery. Typically take one to three weeks for delivery for metro postcodes within Australia.
Deliveries are handled with our logistic partners, therefore we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. However we will share through live trackings via: Couriers Please/Fastway/TNT, or other large Items Sent via trusted carriers that specialize in handling large items.
Exceptions We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Change of Mind Returns
You can return our product within 30 days of delivery so long as it has not yet been assembled/installed, and is returned in the original packaging in Resalable condition.
Kindly note, it is buyer responsibility to return item back to our warehouse at Campbelltown, Sydney, NSW 2560.
Requirements of Resalable condition means item must be:
There are a few items that cannot be returned:
• Clearance items or Sell As It is Items.
• Bundled items at discounted rates (unless the entire bundle is returned)
• Items you have already assembled
Once items return to us, our quality control team will assess resalable condition of items.
If confirmed that the product can put back to stock, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to stock we will process a partial refund and notify you.
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we will take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.
