All orders, excluding bikes, are dispatched within 24 business hours from our Darra Warehouse. Bikes will be dispatched within approximately 4-5 working days.
Usually Delivery times will vary from 2-5 business days for metro areas and 7-14 business days for rural and remote areas.
As we approach what is traditionally a busy and peak period, we’d like to remind all our customers that this year will see unprecedented volumes travelling through the Post and Courier networks.
Crooze offers the best prices on a massive range of Bikes, scooters and bike products. If you want to send anything back then we can supply a refund as long as the item/s are in 100% sellable condition (i.e; retuned in undamaged packaging, brand new condition). Crooze reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item/s are not in sellable condition.
If you would like to make a return, please fill out our returns form linked below. Once completed, please print it out and pack with your order, and return it to the provided address.
Note: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for change of mind returns.
