Damaged Items
We ensure every parcel we send out is securely and carefully packaged. Where parcels are damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and submit photographic evidence to us for review. We will investigate your claim with Australia Post and endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible with an outcome.
Please ensure to retain the packaging that your order arrives in as this will assist us in the investigation.
Missing Items
If your order is not received after 2 weeks of being dispatched, please contact us and we will investigate the whereabouts of your parcel with Australia Post and get back to you as soon as possible. Please note, during busy peek periods such as Christmas please expect some delays in receiving your parcel.
Change of Mind
All sales are final as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind, make a wrong selection or if the postage cost/time is not to your liking. If you have an issue with your order after placing it, please get in contact with us and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
