Eli and Co. Lighting was established in 2023. We are a small boutique lighting business specialising in beautiful and well-designed lighting & fan products. Our journey began shortly after our son Elias was born in 2022. Elias loved switching lights on and off, watching warm colours fill a room, and enjoyed exploring the different textures and details lights emit. As time went on, I started to see lighting through his eyes. I began to appreciate how a simple design can change the entire aura of a space, and create character. This became a passion both Elias and I shared, and so, Eli & Co. was born. Our key goal at Eli & Co. is to find the perfect expression for our customers. From design to manufacturing, we have never compromised on quality. Our lighting and fans are well-designed, customised, and adaptable. We have over 100 products that have all been specifically designed to emit bespoke, unique, beautiful characteristics to any space.

We only deliver to Australian street addresses - we cannot ship to a PO box.

We strive for shipment from our showroom within 3 days of an order being made (if in stock), but again, due to a number of factors we cannot guarantee this. All orders are handled chronologically regardless of size or monetary value. Please contact us if you need your delivery before a certain date and we will be able to provide you with a more specific ETA.

Product Warranty Period & Change of Mind Returns

Warranty Period

  • Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us to raise a warranty claim.

Warranty Claims

  • If a product issue is notified within the applicable warranty period, we will provide after-sales service, including replacement parts to rectify the issue.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • After 30 days, we do not accept change of mind returns for used products or order cancellations.

  • For eligible returns, the item must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.


Returns Policy

Accepted Items

  • Items eligible for return or exchange must meet the following criteria:

    • Unopened, unused, and undamaged.

    • In the original condition and packaging as received.

Excluded Items

  • Change of mind returns are not accepted for:

    • Floor stock.

    • Items sold “As Is” with notified defects or variations.

Refund Processing

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • For change of mind returns, a minimum 20% restocking fee will be deducted to cover warehouse processing costs subject to the conditions of the good being return.

  • The refundable amount will be calculated after deducting:

    • Initial delivery fees.

    • Return shipping costs (if applicable).

    • Restocking fee (if applicable).


Returns Process

  1. Initiate a Return:

    • Contact our customer service team with your order details.

    • Once approved, you will receive the address where the products are to be sent to.

  2. Return Arrangements:

    • You may be required to arrange and cover the return shipping costs.

    • If we arrange the return, follow the courier’s instructions carefully to avoid failed pickups.

  3. Packaging Requirements:

    • Remove or mark off any previous consignment labels to avoid delivery confusion.

    • Ensure the return label is clearly attached to the package.
