Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:
Metro: 2-5 business days
Regional: 2-7 business days
A tracking number will be assigned and sent via your specified email with all orders. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery, if you are unavailable at the time of delivery all parcels will be sent to your nearest Australia Post outlet for collection within the required Australia Post collection time frames. If you do not collect your parcel within this required time, they will be sent back to our warehouse.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, as long as you have used the product in accordance with the instructions, you may return the product within 30 days of the receiving the product. Please follow the return steps below -

Please contact us via your Account for return approval. A return address and Return Authorisation Number (RAN) will be obtained. A return will not be accepted without a RAN number.
Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.
Postage is paid by the customer
The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
