I purchased 2 clocks. I couldn't get the day right when setting the date. I found a video online showing how to set the year on the clock which solved the problem. They are good clocks.

Good quality. Identical in quality and brand as the original from 20+ years ago, but at a fraction of the price! There are many copycats of this type of chopper, but all of inferior design and quality. My previous one lasted for 20 years and used often, so placing my trust in this one

Delivery time Delivery times usually take between 2 to 7 working days for Australian deliveries and sometimes longer for remote areas.
Since we're based in Melbourne, naturally those deliveries are little quicker.
These delivery times relate only to business days, Monday to Friday, and exclude weekends and Australian public holidays.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated timeframe, all dates specified are estimates only.
We have aligned ourselves with transport partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.
We can’t be held liable for loss or damage resulting from late delivery but we will do our best to help you in these circumstances.
Can I return my items?
If you change your mind about your item, from the delivered date, you can send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund.
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible for an agreed resolution.
For change of mind, please ensure the products being returned are in sealed, unused and re-sellable condition. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
All returns will be carefully inspected by our staff upon receipt into our warehouse to ensure the above conditions are met, prior to approving an online refund.
Any returns deemed non-complaint with the above conditions will consequently not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be held at our warehouse until the customer pays to have the product re-shipped.

We will be able to cancel your order if it has not been dispatched yet. Send us a message as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel your order before it gets sent out.
If your item has already been sent out, you are able to return it to us under our 30 days returns policy.
