I sold my cast iron cookware because of arthritis in my hands and wrists and purchased this casserole. It is lightweight but cooks like a heavyweight. I would recommend this product.

Once again brilliant. Baked vegetables in the roaster and lid and the only thing that stuck was a little bit of zucchini but washed of without scrubbing so not really stuck just a little left behind when I turned it
