It has tremendous suction. Very easy to dismantle. Love the mounting bracket that holds the tools and as well the two sockets for charging up two batteries at the same time. Great value for the money better suction than my old Dyson.

Absolutely love this vacuum cleans both hard floors and carpet great and as a tall person I find I don’t need to bend down to vacuum as it’s at the right height not to have to. Overall great vacuum and would recommend to buy.

How long is the warranty guarantee?
All JASHEN brand products come with at least a manufacturers'12-month warranty. If you encounter any problems with your product during this period, simply email us support@jashen#com for assistance.
All Unauthorized returns will be refused.
How can I process the warranty ?
Process:
● Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase(Order number from online purchases made through our official store and authorized resellers).
● Contact our Customer support with your purchase proof, details description of the issue or related proof needed.
● JASHEN will verify and give you solution(return, refunds or exchange).
Note: It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection before JASHEN release a replacement
Our CS will send you prepaid return label with return address.
Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:
● Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
● Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
● Returning items claimed to have defects but found by JASHEN quality control to be in working condition.
● Returning defective items in international shipping.
● Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).
Not Covered Under Warranty:
