To be eligible for a return/ exchange/ refunds requests, your item must be in a saleable condition, i.e. in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging and as sold. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from your order date to request a return. 

 

Shipping cost of the return items are covered by the buyer.

 

The shipping fee of your order is not refundable. Unexpected delays of delivery will not be accepted as a reason for refund of the shipping fee nor the order itself.

 

Change of Mind: Please choose the products carefully as we do not offer change of mind return/refund for online and in-store purchases. In the event of purchasing an incorrect item online and desiring to return it, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and an $8 handling fee will also be deducted from the refund. The product must still meet the aforementioned return conditions.

 

Faulty Item/ Damaged Parcel: The best thing to do is to take a photo of the damage and forward it us as soon as possible, so we can take next steps in fixing the issue.We need the photo to clearly show:

  • The packaging,

  • The parcel label (clearly showing the Sendle reference number, for example: S3NDL3R), and 

  • The damaged item. 

IMPORTANT: These elements all need to be displayed in the ONE photo. Here is an example of what your photo might look like:

 

Received Incorrect Item: Please contact us immediately if you received incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (*shipping cost of returns of incorrect items will be covered by us.)

 

Discounted and clearance products: Discounted and clearance items are ineligible for exchange and/or refund, unless the product is faulty.

 

Allergic Reaction: In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. A doctor certificate is required as a proof of symptoms for exchange or refund. Allergy returns must be less than 10% used upon arrival back with us.
