All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order confirmation.
Orders received before 12 pm AEST are prioritised for same-day dispatch where possible.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor your delivery through the carrier’s tracking service.

Shrink-wrapped products must remain sealed.
Change of mind returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original packaging.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are not issued as store credit or gift cards.
If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival (DOA), or incorrect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
