I'm happy with the product but i got only 1 ,and i ordered 2 and got charged for 2 and only one was delivered. Not a happy costumer, but was up till now!!!! Hope it will still arrive???

Love this Mog &Bone igloo. Great colour and design. Actually got it for my 2 puppies and they really like it. Playing and sleeping in it. They have lots of fun.

Bought these for my sister for her beach house and was absolutely delighted with them. Good quality, lovely pictures, and they look so good on her table that she leaves them there permanently.

great kids camera 👌🏼 got it for my nephew and he loved it, especially the games (you can set a time limit for the games too) camera quality is really good as well as the video, sounds good too! 10/10

Refunds & Returns:
Our policy regarding refunds & returns is in accordance with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) which can be found at the following link: https://www.accc.gov.au/
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. We also do not accept order cancellations if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Please contact us if you have still not received your refund.
In the case of a damaged or defective item, we can resend the same item to you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
